Susan E. Stark
Susan has extensive experience in employment law counseling and business litigation. She has represented corporations, executives and other high-ranking employees in employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, compensation and severance pay disputes, breach of contract and actions brought under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Kristi joined Shuman Snyder LLP in July 2015 as an Associate Attorney. She represents employers in individual, multi-party employment litigation in federal and California state court on a broad range of employment issues, including wage and hour, unfair competition, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and breach of contract. She also represents employers before administrative agencies such as the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
